Bootsy Collins interview via First Cut

Here is an interview that Bootsy did recently with First Cuts (Sporting News dot com) about ‘his love affair with sports’. He mentions Buckethead a few times (as is probably expected) so thought it was definitely worth a mention here since the two seem to be partners in crime

Here’s an excerpt from the interview:

Bootsy: I knew he did one. I actually cut Buckethead’s first record, his whole first album. He’s like my partner in crime. That’s my cat. How strange could you get, man? That cat took it all the way. He’s just phenomenal. He loves basketball and it’s the same tie in. We’re musicians and we love sports.
