Who am I?

Buckethead Online (BHO) was created and is administered by me, BucketgirlNZ. No that is not my real name, just like Buckethead is not Buckethead’s real name. I am a girl, I’m a fan of Buckethead and I live in New Zealand hence ‘BucketgirlNZ’.

I am a freelance journalist by day and I dress up in Buckets and masks at night. Well, that’s only half right… I leave it up to you to decide which half

I also DIG other things (no, really) besides Buckethead like movies (horror!!), video games, comics and manga which you can read about at my pop culture review site here.

But only if you’re waiting for that loaf in the oven…

Why did I create this website?

I created this website to show my appreciation for Buckethead and his music. So simple, it’s scary

What is my mission?

I fell in virtual love with Buckethead’s music through an acquaintance in 2007 and the rest is history. Originally creating BHO was going to be a joint venture with that ‘acquaintance’ but that all fell through and I decided to do it anyway because I adore Buckethead. His music inspires me in all areas of my life.

What I hope for?

To see Buckethead live. Living in New Zealand doesn’t make that very easy to do.  I believe Buckethead’s music can really move people, motivate them to be better people, but most importantly, unite them as one. I’d love to be able to meet him as well, but we can all dream, right?
